How long does it take to recieve one of your professional ventriloquist characters?

We are asked this often. The typical time frame is an estimate of 180 days. The reason for this is that each of our figures are CUSTOM built just for you! Our figures are not a mass produced item, each is handbuild right in our shop for you.

Please note all deposites are non-refundable.

How long does it take to hear back from the office?

Many times we are on the road as we are full time performers, so there are times when it will be a while before hearing from the office. As full time performers this helps us to be able to serve you better! As performers, we know what you need!

What should I expect when I place an order online?

When you order on-line (recommended), your order is immediate. We receive your order and begin processing it. You will receive a receipt online and an e-mail when your order ships. Plase note that once an item ships, it is out of our hands and buyer accepts all responsibilty.

When do orders ship?

Orders are usually shipped within 4-6 weeks from the time the order is placed, unless the item is backordered. We will let you know if there is going to be a delay on your order. We strive to send out orders as soon as they are placed. Please note that international orders take 6-12 weeks for delivery.

I called the office and no one answered. Is anyone there?

Yes, we are there. We are either on another line or in the shop building our professional characters. You will hear back from us.
